It has been brought to notice of Court Receiver office by the Dream Valley Villas Association that a few residents have encroached the common areas, i.e. society roads, walkways, drainage covers, greenbelts, lawns and other shared spaces meant for public use or utility.   Please note that such placements constitute encroachment and can obstruct movement, pose safety hazards, damage infrastructure, and hinder maintenance activities (especially drainage and cleaning work).  All residents are hereby requested to remove flower pots, temporary or permanent fencing, planters, or any personal items from the above-mentioned areas within 7 days of this notice.   We seek your cooperation in maintaining a clean, accessible, and hazard-free environment for all.
