Following booked units by the home buyers have been earmarked for refund as per the policy of the committee. The Claim of the Home Buyer against the listed Unit booked by them shall stand cancelled now onwards.

They shall be entitled only for the refund in accordance with the refund policy of the committee/Order of the court.
