Dear Defaulting Home buyer

After the final notice for the revival of the defaulting units, 160 home Buyers have approached the office of the court receiver within the cutoff date (List A) for revival of their units. A last/final opportunity is given to rest all defaulting home Buyers and as well as the home buyers who have approached the office of the court receiver for revival of the units and have not submitted their files for revival are hereby asked to approach the office of CR before 30th December 2023 to submit their file for revival of their units. Home Buyers whomsoever approaching after 30.12.2023 shall not be considered for revival.

In virtue of the final notice for the defaulting home buyers was published on our portal. Subsequent to the final notice given by the office of court receiver, the office has received your request for revival of the unit. Hence you have been given with the last opportunity to submit your documents for scrutiny within 15 days for the revival, failing which the cancellation stands final.

Following home buyers who are neither registered in customer portal (www.receiveramrapali.in) nor clearing their outstanding dues in UCO Bank are hereby given the last opportunity to kindly get registered in customer portal and make outstanding payments before 4.07.2022 and clear all outstanding dues otherwise their units are liable to be cancelled and treated as unsold inventory, thereafter no claim will be entertained after 4.07.2022 and the same list will be reported to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. After that these below mentioned units will be sold.
