Dear Leisure Park Residents,
It has been brought to our notice by Adhoc association of Leisure Park through their letter dated 21.05.2025 that a huge amount of maintenance dues are outstanding from few residents of Leisure Park, which is creating hurdles in providing smooth services related to the maintenance, security and other allied regular works. As such, it is requested that all defaulting residents of the society shall clear their outstanding maintenance within next 15 days failing which penalty on outstanding amount, as decided by the Adhoc AOA shall be levied strictly.
Inspite of this notice, if any resident does not pay his/her outstanding maintenance dues within the time, the subsequent sale and registration of the flat will be put on hold by reporting the matter to Hon’ble Supreme Court.
