It has been brought to notice of Court Receiver office by the Dream Valley Villas Association that despite several reminders, some residents are not paying the monthly maintenance charges and one time yearly sinking fund.  We request all residents to make the payment on or before the due date every month to ensure continued upkeep and future capital repairs of the society.  The association has proposed  that any delay in payment beyond the due date will attract a penalty of 18% per annum on the outstanding amount, calculated on a pro-rata monthly basis (i.e., 1.5% per month).  Your timely contributions are essential for the effective functioning and long-term sustainability of community’s facilities.  Noncompliance in above matter will attract no pretransfer of the unit, registration of the unit to be put on hold.  For payment instructions or further clarification, please contact the Dream Valley Villas Association.
