It has been brought to notice of Court Receiver office by the Dream Valley Villas Association that NPCL Common Area Electricity Bill for the period April 2024 to Feb 2025 is still pending.  We kindly request all residents to make the payment as per bills raised by Dream Valley Villas Association to ensure uninterrupted services in shared areas such as lighting, water pumps, and other essential facilities. The association has proposed to charge a penalty of 18% per annum will be applied to overdue amounts calculated from the due date until the date of payment.
