To the AOA/Ad Hoc AOA of all Amrapali projects
The office bearers of the association, where requisite documents have been obtained, are hereby advised to proceed with the Registration of AOA/AD Hoc AOA at their own level by not exceeding a period of 60 days.
All apartment owners association and ad hoc apartment owners association are governed by the UP Apartment (Promotion of Construction, Ownership and Maintenance)Act, 2010 alongside with Rules and Model Bye-laws, so the associations are strictly advised to conduct elections through GBM/AGM in their respective societies.
The office of court receiver is not responsible for conducting elections in the societies and it shall be the responsibility of the association and general body of the residents. The frictions and factions within the society are needlessly connecting the office of court receiver with their internal problems.
Neither the office of court receiver nor NBCC shall be responsible for operation and maintenance of the projects, after formation of AOA/AD hoc AOA it shall be their sole responsibility to operate and maintain the project.
