We have established a dedicated system, including a specialized team, to address all issues related to your property and associated matters. Regular updates and communications are also being shared through our official website and email channels for your convenience.
Important Instructions:
- All home buyers are requested to approach the office staff / customer care team for any queries or issues.
- If your concern is not resolved at the initial level, it will be escalated to the concerned department and, if required, to the Committee Members, who are available at our Sector-62 office. Alternatively you may prefer to send E-mail to the committee members on the following email id monitoringcommittee@receiveramrapali.in
- You are requested to follow this proper channel for resolution of your issues.
Regarding Court Receiver:
It has been observed that some home buyers are directly approaching the Hon’ble Court Receiver for minor issues. This practice is strongly discouraged.
- Home buyers are strictly advised not to visit, call, or directly approach the Court Receiver for any queries.
- The Court Receiver should only be approached as a last resort, and that too via email only, after exhausting all available channels within the office, including escalation to Committee Members. You are requested to send the email on courtreceiver@receiveramrapali.in
This structured process is designed to ensure efficient handling of all concerns and to avoid unnecessary burden on higher authorities.
