Kind Attention: Home Buyers of Centurian Park Terrace Homes & Tropical Garden Project
Issuing of NOC Possession letters along with the key handover letter to the home-buyers has been recently initiated at Centurian Park Terrace Homes & Tropical Garden project and for the smooth functioning of the society, following points are to be followed by all the residents of the Centurian Park Terrace Homes & Tropical Garden:
- Maintenance cost 2.36/-SQFT + the actual cost of various statutory authorities bill related to be common area of the society (for Ex: NPCL common area bill)/ per month is to be paid on monthly basis by all owners on successful handover of their respective flats.
- Three months Advance Maintenance cost is to be paid by buyers to the Ad-hoc AOA prior to the key handover of flats.
- One time corpus fund of 10/-SQFT is to be paid by the buyers to the Ad-hoc AOA prior to key handover flats.
- Those who are not making maintenance charges on time to Ad-hoc will be charged with interest as per Ad-hoc norms.
- The above charges must also be paid by all owners who have already moved in or received the key handover within 30 days and notify Ad-hoc/AOA.
In continuation to above, since the maintenance is not in the scope of NBCC/ its agency, hence the Ad-hoc association is hereby informed that they shall be responsible for taking the handing over of common area equipment/services which are ready as per completion status on immediate basis as scheduled and Ad-hoc association shall also be responsible for the allotment of parking to all the residents of Centurian Park Terrace Homes & Tropical Garden.
