NOTICE
It has been brought to the notice of the court receiver by the Dream Valley Villa association that few home buyers of Villas have encroached the front parking area of their respective villas which is not in accordance.
All home buyers are hereby advised not to encroach the front parking area/ common area of the project, any encroachment as such or any other way will lead to the cancellation of the unit and the matter will be reported to the hon’ble supreme court of India.
Dream Valley Villa association is hereby directed to inform office of the court receiver to inform/update with the list of home buyers who have done the encroachment as on date.
All the home buyers whom so ever have encroached the parking/common area is not eligible for pre-registration transfer/ registration of the unit.
