NBCC has given the list of completed units and reported to office of court receiver. This notice is for home buyers who are not turning up to the office of court receiver for the documents verification against the allotted units. The office of the court receiver has started the process of documents verification and the information for the same have been published on the portal. It has been reported that in some cases, the home buyer do not approach for completing the document verification of the unit. The delay in the completion of the documents verification and taking handover of the unit, causes administrative difficulties besides day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the unit. By this notice a final opportunity is given to such home buyer to contact the office of court receiver immediately and submit the documents for verification and take the key handover by 15th of October 2023. Any delay will invite a charge towards upkeep and handling expense which has been fixed as Rs 2500 per day for next 30 days. The home buyers not submitting the documents for the verification may face cancellation of the unit thereafter. Such cancelled units will be treated as unsold inventory. Thereafter no claim will be entertained against such units and the list will be reported to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
