This notice is for home buyers who have been issued the NOC and Possession Letter post documents verification from office of the court receiver. It has been reported that in some cases, the home buyers do not approach the NBCC office for taking the key handover of the unit. The delay in taking the handover of the unit causes administrative difficulties besides day to day upkeep and maintenance of the unit. By this notice a final opportunity is given to such home buyers to contact the NBCC office immediately and take the key handover by 20th of September 2023. Thereafter any delay will invite a charge towards upkeep and handling expense which has been fixed as Rs 2500 per day for next 30 days. The home buyers not taking the key handover even in the next 30 days may face cancellation of the unit thereafter. Such cancelled units will be treated as unsold inventory. Thereafter no claim will be entertained against such units and the list will be reported to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
