It has come to notice of the Court Receiver that some buyers are doing changes in external common areas, lawns, balconies etc. of project and flats after takeover the flats. This may create trouble during project clearance, occupancy certificate, registration of flats etc. by Noida and Greater Noida Authority or Sub-registrar office.
In this regards, it is to inform you all that “After handing over, any damage occurs due to modification/alteration/rectification/renovation etc done by the flat owner, the sole responsibility lies with flat owner only. The reported cases shall be dealt with strictly.
