This is to notify that the home buyers who have not come forward to claim the booked unit or who have not registered on the customer portal of office of Court Receiver inspite of multiple reminders, newspaper publications, notices and/or other correspondences by CR Office have been declared as Defaulters and their units are hereby cancelled in accordance with the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India vide order Dt. 13.08.2021.
This is further to notify that no any claim/right/title or any interest against these units shall be entertained from the date of this notice. List of cancelled units is enclosed herewith.
