Dear Visitor now system takes you to verification and entering fields of Customer Data zone.
- Select your Project and fill either of details appearing. (i.e. Unit No. or Mobile No. or Name.)
- Click for Search button.
- After clicking, System will show Project Name, Customer Name, Tower-Unit No. Mobile No. E-Mail Id etc.
- If appearing data is correct, then Click Action button, to get OTP
- Fill OTP and submit
- Screen will show complete details of Customer Data.
- Check details of Customer Data and fill in details as asked below that.
- Brief queries can be made in Remarks column
PLEAS NOTE: OTP will be supplied on your Mobile No. as well as E-Mail Id ONLY ONCE as appearing on the Screen. For OTP either one mode is also sufficient.

Resetting of Mobile No. and E-Mail Id for supply of OTP is applicable only in case of ‘both being not in active mode’ or ‘fully not available on the Screen’. In case of any one mode of channel is available, need not to seek Resetting.
Please note that you will get only one chance to fill data clicking Reset button, if for any reason you fill Incorrect data, system will disable OTP option. Such visitor need to send request to Reset via E-Mail Id (receiveroffice@gmail.com).
