NOTE OF INSTRUCTIONS

  1. OTP will be supplied to you via Mobile No. or E-Mail Id as appearing in the Customer Data. In case your mobile number or E-Mail Id has changed and not the same appearing in the Customer Data,  please provide your current mobile no. and the E-Mail Id on www.receiveramrapali.in in customer data section.
  2. All Home Buyers has to fill-in the followings details, for the purpose of confirmation and checking with already available data.
  3. Any discrepancies such as, dual allotments, variations in the cost of unit etc. will be duly shared with the home buyers for necessary rectification or correction.
  4. Only where discrepancies are noticed, such home buyers will be intimated. Entry of the following details by the home buyers in all other cases will be treated as sufficient and final.
  5. Cases where Unit transfer is in the knowledge of the Allottee and with/without their consent allotment has been transferred from one Unit/Project to Another Unit/Project, they are required to check in both projects, and if their name is absent in both the projects, such person may send the
    details only through E-Mail.
  6. Information to be filled in by Home Buyer:-

6.1)      Area (as per the Builder Buyer Agreement)

6.2)      Basic Sale Price (as per Builder Buyer Agreement)

6.3)      Other charges, if any (as per Builder Buyer Agreement)

6.4)      Amount paid (as per Guidelines of Computation provided earlier)

6.5)      Amount of Service Tax paid (as per Guidelines of Computation provided earlier)

6.6)      All proof of payment is mandatory along with Bank Statement for such payments.

6.7)      Changes in regard to present address, email address and mobile number may be updated.

6.8)      All queries must be Via E-Mail receiveroffice@gmail.com Only.

6.9)      No communication by WhatsApp or Mobile will be entertained

7. In case of Missing Name in the Customer Data, details of missing name(s) must be sent via eMail only. In such cases following details must be shared in the eMail.
