PUBLIC NOTICE

FINAL OPPORTUNITY FOR KEY HANDOVER AND TAKING PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF UNITS

The Office of the Court Receiver hereby informs all concerned home buyers of the projects under its administration that the document verification process in their cases has already been completed and the respective No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and Possession Letters have been duly issued.

It has, however, been observed that several home buyers, despite having obtained the NOC and Possession Letter from the Office of the Court Receiver, have not yet approached the NBCC Site Office for completion of the key handover formalities and taking physical possession of their allotted units.

Accordingly, all such home buyers are hereby granted a LAST AND FINAL OPPORTUNITY to approach the NBCC Site Office and complete the key handover process within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

All concerned home buyers are advised to immediately coordinate with the NBCC Site Office and take physical possession of their respective units without any further delay.

Please note that failure to comply within the stipulated period shall result in the matter being placed before the monitoring committee for consideration of appropriate action against such non-compliant home buyers. Such action may include, without limitation, recommendations regarding cancellation of allotment and/or any other action as may be considered appropriate.

The Office of the Court Receiver shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from the failure of home buyers to take possession of their units within the prescribed time.

This notice may be treated as MOST URGENT and requires immediate attention and compliance by all concerned home buyers.
