We are pleased to inform you that the Issuance of Possession Letters along with NOC Letters has commenced at Leisure Valley Verona Heights, Plot No: GH-02, TechZone 4, Greater Noida West UP.
To facilitate a smooth handover and ensure proper society functioning, all homebuyers are required to comply with the following:
Mandatory Payments before Possession:
- Advance Maintenance Charges
Rs. 2.50 Per sq.ft. per month- payable for one year in advance before the flat handover by NBCC.
- One Time Corpus Fund
Rs.10 per sq.ft. – onetime payment to be made before flat handover by NBCC.
- Payment Compliance
These charges are mandatory for all allottees receiving Possession Letters. After payment, buyers must inform the Ad Hoc Apartment Owners Association (AOA).
- Payment Assistance
The Ad Hoc AOA will provide Guidance for a structured and seamless payment process. All payments will be deposited into the official Society Bank Account as mentioned below:
