Despite of our earlier notice, it has come to notice that some homeowners are trying to change original structural, and doing some modifications in layout, covering of balconies, dismantling of walls in their flats after taking key handover. Any structural modification, changes in layout, extension or alteration of fire pipelines, plumbing systems, or covering of the external façade of the towers is strictly prohibited. Such activities may have detrimental structural effect in future and may cause trouble in project clearance, occupancy certificate issuance, registration of flats etc. Some homebuyers are trying to use the house for the purpose other than residential use which is unauthorized. All such violations are not acceptable as per applicable rules and regulations.
