It has been brought to the notice of Court Receiver that the process of Pre-registration transfer, which has been initiated for the benefit of the home buyers, is being utilized by the mediators and property consultants as a business of profit, which is highly condemned. In order to take the stock of the matter, this process is put on hold until further directions.
