It has been brought to the notice that many mediators/ dealers/ brokers are indulging in unethical practices and illegalities. These include fake allotment letters/ forged allotment letter/ forged/ fake payment receipts and payment documents including JV adjustment cases. Any such case deducted will be reported to the police and the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
This is for the information of all the allottees and home buyers that they shall not entertain any broker or mediator.
