It has come to notice of the Court Receiver that some home buyers are doing changes in the external common areas, lawns, balconies etc. of project and flats after taking key handover the flats. This may create trouble during project clearance, occupancy certificate, registration of flats etc. by Authorities including Noida/Greater Noida.
Further It has also come to notice that some buyers are doing changes and modifications in flat after taking the key hand over from NBCC. Some home buyers are trying to even use the houses for the purposes other than the residential use which is unauthorized. Such violation(s) shall be dealt strictly including cancelation of the unit and stopping the registration in the name of the home buyer.
