To Amrapali Home Buyers!!
By Order of the Supreme Court dated… NBCC published list of Home Buyers whose Flats have been completed which could be handed over. Office of Receiver published the list of Home Buyers in receiveramrapali.in web site and directed to take delivery & NOC and Possession letters duly verified of their documents. It is noticed that most of the Home Buyers does not reach at the scheduled dates (21/10/2020 to 09/11/2020).
All these Home Buyers are now given a Final opportunity to confirm of their presence within 7-days. For the confirmation Home Buyer is directed to visit RECEIVEROFFICE@GMAIL.COM.
Absence of response will be reported to the Court for further direction namely to treat the unit of allotment in question as cancelled.
