Regular updates and communications are also being shared through our official website and email channels for your convenience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>All home buyers are requested to approach the <strong>office staff \/ customer care team<\/strong> for any queries or issues.<\/li>\n<li>If your concern is not resolved at the initial level, it will be escalated to the concerned department and, if required, to the <strong>Committee Members<\/strong>, who are available at our Sector-62 office. Alternatively you may prefer to send E-mail to the committee members on the following email id <a href=\"mailto:monitoringcommittee@receiveramrapali.in\">monitoringcommittee@receiveramrapali.in<\/a><\/li>\n<li>You are requested to follow this proper channel for resolution of your issues.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Regarding Court Receiver:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It has been observed that some home buyers are directly approaching the Hon\u2019ble Court Receiver for minor issues. This practice is strongly discouraged.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Home buyers are <strong>strictly advised not to visit, call, or directly approach the Court Receiver<\/strong> for any queries.<\/li>\n<li>The Court Receiver should only be approached <strong>as a last resort<\/strong>, and that too <strong>via email only<\/strong>, <strong>after exhausting all available channels<\/strong> within the office, including escalation to Committee Members.
