These instructions have been issued to streamline maintenance efforts and ensure the continued delivery of essential services within the society.<\/p>\n We specifically request all homeowners to pay the Corpus Fund and advance one year maintenance charges<\/strong>, as these funds are critical for the efficient functioning and upkeep of the premises.
