Any structural modification, changes in layout, extension or alteration of fire pipelines, plumbing systems, or covering of the external fa\u00e7ade of the towers is strictly prohibited. Such activities may have detrimental structural effect in future and may cause trouble in project clearance, occupancy certificate issuance, registration of flats etc. Some homebuyers are trying to use the house for the purpose other than residential use which is unauthorized.
