This may create trouble during project clearance, occupancy certificate, registration of flats etc. by Noida and Greater Noida Authority or Sub-registrar office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\">In this regards, it is to inform you all that &#8220;After handing over, any damage occurs due to modification\/alteration\/rectification\/renovation etc done by the flat owner, the sole responsibility lies with flat owner only.
